2. I fully understand all responsibilities regarding copyright infringement.
3. I have read and accept all Terms Of Service and Terms Of Agreement posted by E-Photobizz.com / Photobizz.net
4. I assume all responsibilities for obtaining proper legal forms and releases for all photos I submit including Model Releases and Property Releases, and will produce such documents on request.
5. I will hold harmless E-Photobizz.com / Photobizz.net and it's parent company Cyber Vision, Inc, their employees, assignees, licensees and successors from any claim from liability on my behalf that may arise regarding the use of my submitted photographs.
6. I will submit photos only to categories that I am authorized to.
7. I understand that submitting photos to categories that I am unauthorized to will forfeit my access privileges.
